Mother's Day at the Druid
Mothering Sunday will be soon upon us (March 14th) so why not treat mum to a special meal here at the Druid! We are offering a three course lunch for £16.95 (children £7.95) between 12 and 5pm after that point we revert back to the main menu for the evening.

Leek & potato soup with warm crusty bread
Traditional prawn cocktail folded in Marie rose sauce
Pate of brandy flamed chicken liver with red onion chutney
Mushroom's smothered in a garlic cheese sauce

Roast striploin of beef. Yorkshire pudding, pan gravy &a panache of vegetables
Baked chicken breast, dauphinoise potato & green beans
Roast pork loin, apricot farce, and caramelised apple. Served with a panache of vegetables
Scottish salmon, on warm potato& asparagus salad
Butter nut squash risotto topped with parmesan shavings

Dark chocolate brownie with chocolate frosting
Belgian waffle topped with honey comb ice cream
Druid berry mess, crispy meringue pieces bound in fresh whipped cream
