Achieving a high standard of cuisine starts with an excellent Chef using the highest quality fresh food, but just as important on our list of priorities, is the provision of a clean and hygienic kitchen, in which to create our lovely menus.

We continue to strive for these standards and are justly proud of our 5 Stars for Food Hygiene award; one of the few restaurants in the area to be presented with this accreditation by the Food Standards Agency.  At The Holt Lodge Hotel, our commitment to first class cuisine remains at the very core of what we do; with an ethos of delivering ‘top quality at affordable prices’ this is clearly evident within our restaurant.
