With 3 wonderfully appointed Banqueting rooms, Holt Lodge is able to accommodate events of varying sizes, with layout styles including  Boardroom; U-shaped; Classroom; Theatre or circular:-

The Meadow Suite (ample natural light – opening windows)

The Meadow Suite is part of our latest set of conference rooms, ideal for smaller meetings, training or assessment/recruiting sessions, or for meetings requiring a break-out facility.

The central amenity can be used for mid-morning and afternoon refreshments. All rooms have natural light with a comprehensive kit of all necessary facilities, including wall display/clip system and roll down screen.

The Orchard Suite (ample natural light – opening windows)

The Orchard Suite is purpose-built and will comfortably hold 50 people.

• The decor is traditional with two superb stone fireplaces.
• The Orchard suite has a private bar and toilet facilities.
• The room is fitted with 6 power points.

The Garden Lounge – (fully air conditioned - with a light and airy feel)

Capable of holding 100 people, the Garden Lounge is accessed directly from the main car parking area, overlooking our extensive grounds. It is ideal for seminars, conferences and small exhibitions and has its own facilities including bathroom and private bar.

Oh yes, and when the hard work is over, we feel it’s important for you to relax with us too. Our softly lit bar is the ideal place to melt into one of our luxurious sofas for a drink and an informal chat.
