The Big Debate....

Our Head Chef, Pierre has been debating an addition to our new A La Carte menu. The Owner of the hotel asked to add a delicious dessert of Fresh Pineapple served with Cheshire Farm Stem Ginger Ice Cream. Pierre was very reluctant but has added the dish to the menu.

..........one week in, what do you think the feedback has been on this tastebud tempting dish? 

It has been the most ordered dessert all week. Fresh Pineapple is staying on the menu!
