Tomato and roasted red pepper soup, warm crusty roll
Ham and apricot terrine, sweet crunchy piccalilli salad garnish, toasted rye bread
Crayfish and prawn cocktail, avocado and tomato salsa, baby gem lettuce, bread and butter
Stilton and pear pâté, festive chutney, candied hazelnuts, toast.

MAINS

Roast goose in orange and star anise sauce
Rib of beef (cooked pink), Yorkshire pudding, goose fat roast potatoes
Turkey breast, stuffed with chestnut and apricots
Red pepper and puy lentil shepherd’s pie

All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and accompaniments from the carvery
